One click on a button on the page describing how to measure on a specific component launches the measurement software and loads the preferred measurement settings for that component into the Automotive Test Scope.
Even a reference signal is loaded, showing what the signal should look like in a well functioning vehicle. The technician can immediately start measuring and can compare the measured signal to this known good signal.
ATIS will not work with scopes from other manufacturers. If no TiePie engineering scope is available and a measurement action is executed, the TiePie measurement software is started with a demo instrument, showing the example signals.
